Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. A store credit will be issued if you do not exchange for another item. We do not offer refunds to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale items
- Intimates (bras, panties, etc.)
- Items with any stains, deodorant marks, or animal hair
- Items worn or altered in any way
- Earrings (due to hygiene)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Gift Cards

Exchanges
You can exchange most unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items purchased. You have 14 days from the original purchase date to initiate an exchange.
How to make an exchange:
- Call us at (614)783-6346 or send us a message here.
- Let us know you'd like to make an exchange and provide your order # and the item details.
- We will locate the desired replacement item (subject to availability).
- If the new item is more expensive, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
- If the new item is less expensive, you will receive a store credit for the remaining amount.
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
- Final Sale items
- Intimates (bras, panties, etc.)
- Items with any stains, deodorant marks, or animal hair
- Items worn or altered in any way
- Earrings (due to hygiene)
Additional Information:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if something isn't quite right, we offer store credit for returned items.

Upon receiving your return, we'll issue you with a store credit for the full value of your returned item(s). This credit can be used towards future purchases in-store or online.
Return Conditions: (For a full store credit refund), items must be: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and free of stains and animal hair. Intimates cannot be returned.
Return Window: You have 14 days from the original purchase date to return items.
